DAILY HOLIDAY PROGRAMS

Hide Out Holiday Care – Kyalami Aug 13-17, 20-24, 27-31, Sep 3-7 Daily program from 8am-4.30pm for 5-12 olds. We offer  crafts, baking and cooking in a home environment to a small group of children. We have a wonderful bike track for the children to cycle on and a well equipped play ground. Kids can bring their bicycles to ride in our safe bush track.

Kings Camp Holiday Program Melrose & Kyalami, Aug 13-17, 20-24. King’s Camps offers a fantastic range kids activities including sports, arts, crafts and games that provide fun, friendship and achievement for children during the holidays, including our ‘Xtra Time’ packages for those busy parents looking for extended hours. Great for parents, even better for kids 4-17yrs

Creative HotHouse, Craighall Park, Aug 13-17, 20-24, 27-31 for 6-11yr olds, from 9am-4pm A unique, exciting five-day journey, including creative art, drama games, dance, music and recording a CD of songs. The week is designed for ALL children. We encourage creativity, confidence and new friendships. We celebrate the end of our course with a little concert.

Pony Camp at Shepherd’s Fold – Honeydew W Rand, Aug 13-14, Sep 3-4. Pony camp is all about having fun and spending lots of time with your favourite ponies. Lots of fresh air and healthy exercise mixed with games and competitions. Get to ride a pony twice a day and learn to groom and care for them. We have experienced instructors and the children ride in a safe environment.

SLEEPOVER HOLIDAY CAMPS

In The Forest – Drakensberg Adventure Camp – Aug 20-6, Sep 3-9 for 10-13 yr olds.  Dragon Peaks Mountain Resort which lies in the shadow of Cathkin Peak and Champagne Castle. We offer a range of activities like Abseiling, Hiking, Kayaking, Zip Lines, King Swing and Tree Climbs… Our campers are constantly supervised by trained In The Forest staff and qualified adventure guides. We take a max 15 campers per group so book early to avoid disappointment.

Stone Meadows Horse Riding Camp, Rustenburg/Magaliesburg, Aug 13-16, 20-23, 27-30Hosting four day educational holiday camps. Conformation (make up of the horse), grooming (brushes and use of), ‘join up’ (horse communication), Tack and correct fitting (for safety of the rider and comfort of the horse), Riding demo (correct terminology) and lesson (balanced seat and correct use of the natural aids), out rides (fun in the country).Sundowner drinks will be served for the parents by the dam on Thursday, Aug 13-16, 20-23, 27-30
